Pattes d'anacridium aegyptium...

Criquets cuits :

1. D'abord, lave 10 criquets
2. Ensuite, congèle-les pendant 30 minutes
3. Après ça, fais-les cuire à 200ºC pendant 90 minutes
4. Enfin, sers-les, salés, accompagnés d'une feuille de salade.

1. First, lava desert 10
2. Then freeze them for 30 minutes
3. After that, let them cook at 200 º C for 90 minutes
4. Finally, serve them, salted, along with a lettuce leaf.
